For the most part, Lagerkvist & Partners recruits individuals who are 35-50 years of age with extensive industrial or other experience. We generally do not recruit from other consulting firms. We believe that personal operative experience is also very important during the analysis stage.
This means that we normally use consultants with considerable experience in executing projects, particularly more difficult ones. When it comes to projects with particular characteristics, someone with the extraordinary capacity to see the project through to its completion may be needed.
